Edition is separate from rarity. A seasonal window says when a challenge is available. A lifetime cap says how many items can ever be issued. Published drops show both, with a serial that follows the exact shoe through a trade.
Each card shows the server’s current status. A design preview does not reserve a serial. Published editions display their challenge window and finite supply; the app verifies availability and your personal progress when claiming.
Special shoes never appear in ordinary Shoe Boxes or Workshop outputs. They have the same total stat budget of 100 as core shoes; they are not a promise of stronger rewards.
